Mobile CRM: Access your CRM on the go

Mobile CRM gives you access to your entire SuperOffice CRM system on your smartphone or tablet. In this how-to guide, you’ll learn how to get started with the basic features in Mobile CRM.

Get started with the basic features

Mobile CRM allows you to: 

  • Access all CRM data, including contacts, projects, sales, follow-ups, documents and requests
  • See who is calling with SuperOffice as a source to recognise an unknown phone number automatically
  • Access diaries and create appointments and activities
  • Get reminders of upcoming events or meetings
  • Get notifications on new and/or changed requests
  • Create and access your open requests, as well as respond to requests and assign them to others agents
  • Change a request status and category, add tags, assign priority, and add comment or image
  • View sales dashboards and pipelines, and update information on the go
  • Scan business cards and automatically save or update contact and company information
  • Call or send an SMS to any contact directly from the app
  • Check updates on your projects
  • Save pictures and documents from your smartphone or tablet into your projects and activities

Also, make sure to enable Caller ID for Mobile CRM, which allows you to recognise unknown phone numbers automatically.

How to download the Mobile CRM app

  1. Go to the App store or Google Play and search for SuperOffice.
  2. Install the app on your device.
  3. Follow the instructions to configure it.
  4. Log in and start using it.

Note: Before we launched SuperOffice CRM version 9, our app was called SuperOffice Pocket CRM. This app is still operational (not supported with NetServer 10.0 or higher) and used by users on SuperOffice CRM version 8.5 or lower.

The Mobile CRM app is available for all users of SuperOffice CRM 9 or higher. 

When you upgrade from versions 8.5 or lower to version 9, you will be prompted inside Pocket CRM to update the app and switch to Mobile CRM. All you have to do is follow the instructions.
