It’s common practice to start your day getting an overview of the current status of the open requests in your service system. In this how-to guide you’ll learn how to get a quick overview of all open requests in SuperOffice Service dashboard.

To get an overview of the requests you will be working with, Service offers you a dashboard that contains four panels with 17 different tiles with graphs and tables to choose from.

To make sure you get the information that is relevant for you, these panels can be customised. And when you need more than four panels to get the information you need, you can create and design additional panels.
