Hi forum.
I need to do some work for a customer, but I can’t access System Design (buttons in red at picture below is missing), from where the work needs to be done.

I'm using the following setup:
- Customer is Online
- Customer does have Expander service.
- They only have sales-licenses.
- I’m logged in as a sales-user, thus I can’t access this from Service.
- Sales-user does have User level 0, and full admin right.
- I can access script (from CRMScript), so the Expander Service must be activated.
I can manage to active the buttons by doing the following:
- Adding Complete licens to the customer.
- Changing my user to the complete-license, instead of the sale.
- Log out / in.
- Now the buttons were available.
- Changing licens back to sales.
- Log out / in.
- Buttons is still there.
If I then login as the sales-user in inkognito mode, then the buttons are missing again.
How can that be? It smells a bit like a cache-issue of some kind.
