Is there a way to get an URL to only the table-part of a selection?
Not out if the box. But it it possible to create a screen in Service which displays the selectionmembers. It requires licence and programming, though.
Which screen element do you recommend i use? I would guess "data table".
Then is the way to incorporate the selection as table, do i Use NSSelectionAgent -> NSArchiveListItem GetSelectionMembersArchiveRows(Integer selectionId, String select)?
And where in the screen edit do i put the code? Creation script?
I've only done some basic ejscripting, and never worked with screens.
You can also use the listTableEntries action in service (ticket.fcgi), but it is limited to static selections. Here is an example:https://online.superoffice.com/Custxxxxx/CS/scripts/ticket.fcgi?_sf=0&action=listTableEntries&ok=1&table=selectionmember&field.0=selectionmember.selection_id&value.0=2
You have to find the selection number (which you see in the URL when looking at the selection), e.g. like this:.....default.aspx?selection.main.minimonth.memberarchive?selection_id=2
If the URL-trick worked with dynamic selection, it would be great!
But now i realised that if i can get det Screen Element: "data table" to find the project table, i can just use field and criteria.
I get a error indicating that the searchengine can't find the project table:
When i change the "simple values" to ticket, instead of project, i lists the tickets perfectly.
Take a look at the fields here: project table
You probably want the primary key which is project_id
(and just to include a little bit of history: when we merged SuperOffice and eJournal (now Service) into one common database we kept the original eJournal tables as they where and their primary key is just named ID. Database tables originating from SuperOffice (Sales client) have primary keys named <tablename>_id)
That worked perfectly thanks!
Now: How do i get the URL to the screen only? More precicely, the screen element data table?
Is it even possible?
