How to download document archive, after files have been moved to Azure Arc?

Hi Community.

An Online customer is unfortunately leaving us to a competitor, and I need to do some data transfer of their SO_ARC. 

Its possible to take a backup of their document archive from OC2, but this only gives me about 50 mb. When I look into it, all their documents have been moved from SOARC to Azure Arc.

How do I access these files?

Hi kasper,

 

Please use the Superoffice Online Downlaod tool for this.

The SO_ARC backup  (AZURE) will be generated on the Fly when using the tool.

 

- You need to ahve a FullBackup this is the only backup type visible in the Download tool. If you make just a DB or Documents backup, Download tool will NOT offer them to you for the download.

- Start the Download tool and log in as one of the customer's administrators

- The Download tool will offer you to download the Database and the Document archive. 

- While downloading the Document Archive, you'll notice it will download it in 2 steps: "Files 1.zip" is a zipped so_arc backup from Visma servers. "Files 2" folder are the documents from Azure, copied on fly from the Azure servers.
