After the upgrade to 8.2, we are experiencing problems with "Mailings", see the attached screenshot.
- Netserver exception
- Incorrect notification that lisence is not valid anymore
Hi, did you remember to run upgrade.exe?
Can´t rememember - but just ran it.
No difference :-(
Check both the logfile for NetServer/Web and for Service.
Do you have any Service/Complete licenses and can check if all of Service if if broken? I see you have no Service button on the left side in "Sales & Marketing".
Which version did you upgrade from? Has Mailings ever worked?
Do you have the CRMScript button in WebAdmin? Does it work?
What URL does your config file use? See f.instance C:\SuperOffice\Customer Service\config. Does that NetServer work?
Has the domain (i.e. service.example.com) for SuperOffice Service changed?
You could also check the installation files in the netserver \ bin folder. See if any of these files has an older date.
We have seen it with somail.dll , mailkit.dll , bouncycastlecrypto.dll.
This could cause the incorrect license message.
NSEndPoint = URL/SuperOffice/Remote/Services82
had to be updated to:
NSEndPoint = URL/SuperOffice/Remote/Services85
Updating config-file is part of what the upgrade.exe process is supposed to do, you should not have to do this manually. Where there any errors during updating?
upgrade.exe didn't produce any error messages.
