Problems with App: SuperOffice GMail Link - where to ask?

Hi Forum.

I'm not sure where to post this, but here we go :).

A customer mentioned that they are experiencing problems with the free Online App SuperOffice GMail Link  for Google Chrome I tried to install it on my own computer, and I'm having the same problems.

They can't archive an email, once they have opened it. The red owl from the leftside of the 'reply'-button is missing.

A'm I doing anything wrong?

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99

I experience the same... The "Send and archive" is there on new mail, but not the archive on items in the inbox.
