Hi everybody. A customer was recently upgraded to 8.5 R5, and receives an error when trying to create a new associate from the Settings and maintenance screen:
"Read-only when contact belongs to a company"
However, if i login with a system user, there's no issue. The associate trying to create the new associate is User level 0, and haven't had any problems previously.
Any suggestions why Sentry would have a problem like this?
