SuperOffice and Exchangeserver - connecting support@domain.com address to Service

I've got som questions regarding email and Service.

 

Where do you connect SuperOffice to a support mail address?

Our SuperOffice receives emails from our support mail. I can not see how this is done. Are these settings done in SuperOffice, or maybe somewhere else?

How do you connect a shared email account to SuperOffice?

Hi Jan.

You can do this from SuperOffice Service under Settings -> E-mail -> Mailboxes.

From here you can administer your different mailboxes :).

I can be hard to answer without knowing your solution.

What do you mean exactly by 'receives'? Is that in SuperOffice Service, or are you using the Inbox in Sales?
