Very slow SuperOffice win - taks up to 20 sec to load a sale

Hi Community.

A customer is experiencing SuperOffice Windows to be very slow.

Sometimes it takes up to 20 sec to load a Sale.

They're running SuperOffice 80 on a Terminal server, and the problem only appears periodically.

My guess is there is some issues with the connection to the db-server, thus the indications above.

My question is: Is there any diagnostic tools in SO to test the connection?

Not that I know off.
Is it 8.0 or more recent? 8.0 dates back to end of 2017 I believe. If so it has been been running for some time. I presume this has not been so for over 1 year?

I introduced  a timer system some time back (I think it may be in 8.0 too). May be we get lucky and it could tell us something usefull.

Turn on extended logging in SuperOffice.config, specifically slow sql calls which I suspect is what is causing the slow respons:

SuperOffice.config - diagnostics section: https://community.superoffice.com/en/technical/documentation/administration/config-ini/webconfig/#diagnosticsLogLongQueries

https://community.superoffice.com/en/technical/documentation/administration/config-ini/debugwin/

With that said, depending on which version you are using you should upgrade to 8.4 to get the latest and greatest, we have had several performance fixes done.
