Add comment in different color or additional text

Hello

Is it possible to modify ticket screen in a way, that when user adds comment to the request, row would be in different color or contains some information, that it is a note only?

There mid be  a lot of messages in one ticket and service people does not find important informatin fast enought. They must open internal tickets one at the time, in order to find a comment.

This should indeed be possible, but not in a quick-fix kinda way :).

You can create a new screen, which is an altered copy of the View Ticket 80 screen. In this screen you have access to modify the css and javascript, which in turn can be used to determine font-color of the individual messages.
