Creating a service ticket directly from the Sales and Marketing Client

Hi,

In SuperOffice Sales and Marketing, you have the Requests tab on the company and contact.  If you are a service user, you are able to edit the ticket from Sales and Marketing.  Are there any settings available where we can add a Create New Ticket button to this screen, if the user has a service licence.

You could create a entry to task menu on Contact for specific user groups.

Using url with https://online.superoffice.com/CustXXXXX/CS/scripts/ticket.fcgi?_sf=0&action=newTicket&custId=<atid>
