Field option "Choose from list box" - no dropdown in Customer Portal

Am working on a case where the customer wants to adapt the customer portal a bit by adding more fields to the errand registration. This can easily be done bu adding a extra field to a table and set it to be external. 

But one of the fields on an errand will be a relation to an extra table and this field should be a dropdown. There is the option "Choose from list box" which gives you a dropdown with the values on an errand but it does not seem to work properly in the customer portal.

Anyone having experience working with this in the customer portal? Could it be a bug?

Hi,

Extra fields of type extra table relation are not supported by default I believe in the Customer Center. I think it will require some customization to make it work. Not really a bug, but rather functionality that has never been completed due to technicalities.
