net server exception after update when trying to login / open Service

After updating from 8.5R07 to 8.5R15 we cannot start service. The gui shows netserver exception occured.

In folder log I find his in warning file:

I have checked ejuser versus assosiate and it looks to be ok. In ejsuer the id 1 is containing the (System) record and upgrade.exe runs without any errors. 

I can logon to admin with ejSysUser.

Can someone give me an hint where else to check?

Hi Christian,

 

the user you are logged in with when you get this error has moste likely not all informations  like Firstname, Lastname ,Nickname.

 

if i remember correctly it was the Nick name what was missing.

I have added a Nikname to ejsysuser and to my admin account and it worked.

Verify that in ejuser table column username is not missing information.
