A customer would like to do a small field service solution:
1. Tickets coming in -> check, thats is easy
2. Dispatch ticket -> easy if software, can be done inhouse
-> if hardware needed, spareparts need to be selected and sent, technician needs to be planned
-> cost estimate sent to customer and gets accepted
3. Technician reports what he/she did and sends report, what has been done back including which parts were needed

I'm wondering how we can best solve that with service, anyone did that already?
