Create service ticket as part of sales guide in CRM 7.5

We're currently using CRM 7.5 and have a lot of Sales Guides/workflows implemented.

As part of the sales process there can be a number of support tickets related to a certain part of the sales process. 

It could be that a technical person has to call the customer/prospect ot find out if the prerequisites for a certain software installation are fullfilled.

For this reason I would like to be able to create a customer service ticket as part of the sales workflow.

How can this be accomplished?
