mergefield in "template for quote document"

Hi All, 

I want to generate a delivery note document for my quotes. I have tried using the "template for quote document" but the mergefield don't seem to work. Am I missing something or is this simply not possible?
Do I have any alternatives? The delivery note needs to contain all the lines from the quote
 
The "quote details" and "order confirmation" templates is already in use.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
