RE: Can I set somewhere to not show user groups when choosing a request owner?

As far as I know, there're two ways to do this (although you won't like them):
- If there's only one user group, the group name won't be displayed
- Remove the default field and add a dropdown list and populate them with the owner. Although if the save function works here I'm uncertain.
Sverre has mentioned that the "View ticket" screen is having a makeover, although what and when is uncertain.
