Hide the To\CC\BCC\SMS buttons on the recipient control

Hi All,

We have a customer who does not want users to be able to email from Customer Service, and want to To\CC\BCC\SMS buttons hidden.  I have seen other posts where you can remove buttons from the anchorLine, but we cannot seem to get this to work for these buttons.

Has anyone done this before, or could offer some advise on how to do this.

Many thanks,

Trevor

RE: Hide the To\CC\BCC\SMS buttons on the recipient control

Hi All,

The To button etc. is not as much of a problem now as we are using the new recipeint control now, which does not have these.

But can we remove these three buttons from the view messages screen, as the customer does not want users emailing to customers at this point.

Many thanks,

Trevor

Hi,

It is possible to remove these "quick reply" buttons from view Ticket screen, it requires adding attribute to Messages element in simple values

RE: Hide the To\CC\BCC\SMS buttons on the recipient control

Hi,

We have found that using the "blockQuickReply = true", also hided the menu bar to edit a message on a request.  Is there any way of users editing and existing message if this option is set.

Many thanks,

Trevor
