We have added a customer relation field to the ticket table. Our customer has a large number of company records which the same name, so want to be able to look up their customers by name and department, I.E. "My Company, Manchester").
Customer Service seems to let you look up either the company name or the branch, but in both cases there are too many records returned. Is there a way on the control to look up both at the same time. I tried using a comma, as above but this did not work. In the old company relation control each field you chose were seperate, so you could simply use both fields for the search.
Worst case, is there an easy way to force the ticket screen to use the old Company Relation control.
