Statistics - The number of hits is too large

Hi,

Is there anyway to change the roof limit for statistics data, we have a couple of customers with quite alot of ticket data that causes them not to be able to use the standard staticts features, so we are investigating the possibility to change the limit before we start rebuilding everything using CRMScripts.

And yes, we are aware of the performance issue, but the customer accepts it.

Is it possible?

Hi, Pär, I'm not quite following.

What do you mean with limit? Is it the daterange you want to make smaller?

Hi,

I think Pär means the 20000 hits limit that exists when show graphs based on an selection in CS.

We have hit this limit before when doing charts on selection that contain all the tickets of the last year.

Hi, you can change this by changing the registry value on reg_id 304 to a larger value

 

SQL would be something like this

update dbo.registry set value = 50000 where reg_id = 304

CRM Script would be something like this

SearchEngine se;
se.bypassNetServer(true);
se.addData("registry.value", "50000");
se.addCriteria("registry.reg_id", "Equals", "304");
se.update();
