Reboot might be needed after upgrading to WebTools 11.0

We have received the message that some users need to reboot the computer after upgrading to SuperOffice Mail Link 11.0 (WebTools 11.0)

Symptoms:

If you open an email from SuperOffice (or try to write a new email), you get an error saying:

SuperOffice Mail Link was unable to connect to the Outlook process. Please restart Outlook if it is running.

 

Solution:

You need to reboot (restart) your computer. Restarting Outlook is not enough.
