SuperOffice Webtools not authenticating

One of our customer has ran into trouble with using Webtools against SuperOffice Online.

Webtools authentication callback site gives error message saying

"Unfortunately, we are unable to log you in {{applicationIdentifier}}. The error message was Failed getting tokens from code"

After removing and reinstalling Webtools, they are not receving this error anymore, but instead maillink gives this error message
