Hi guys, a customer of mine experiences periodical problems with their archive tabs nevver being done loading. i had a look and realized that this error appeared in the console:
"Uncaught SoError: Archive DataSource error"
The gui does not give any errors though, it just keeps spinning indefinitely, giving the customer the impression that it's still working on it:
It usually works again after a refresh of the web page. But it's a pretty annoying time consuming thing, that they would much rather not have to deal with :)
They recently had their SuperOffice upgraded to the latest 9.2 R9 on premise. It seems to only been the appointments archive that had this problem so far, and it seems to happen across all associates accessing the system periodically.
Any idea what's causing this?
