SuperOffice 8.5 with region setting = Turkey - not able to start

Hi - maybe someone has an idea how to fix is:

When region setting in Windows is set to Turkey, version 8.5 cannot start! See error deatils below.

It is easy to check: set you region settings to Turkey and try to start. It fails in any case. I have tried 8.5 R05 to R11 - all show the same error. Actually we had a issue with Turkish Region setting already about 14 years ago. It was a known issue in SQL when for instance table names with an 'i' in the name was switched to upper case using something like ...ToUpper() (because the Turkish 'i' is special. It was fixed many years ago. Maybe un unlucky developer made the error again. But maybe it is a totally different reason. But again. It is not working but it should!

By the way: WEB is working.

I think you need to register a support case to get the attention of the right developer(s).
Much has happened in 14 years :-) 
All I can say is confirm that ToUpper() is indeed used in this code, but I have no idea if it is to blame!
