Custom Javascript in Customer Service Request page

Hi,

Just wondering if it’s possible to add custom Javascript into the request page in Service. For the purpose of having a tooltip so people can click on it and get some help hints.

If so can you point me at some examples as I can’t see anything obvious on the board

Hi, you can always add the screen Element HTML text with parser (or something like that), there you can add HTML and JavaScript as you want.
