Customer Centre and registered users

Hi all!


Our customer wants to add in FAQ´s some material, which can be download by their customer. But they want to be sure, that this material is not getting into wrong hands. Is there possibility to control who can create user accounts into Customer Centre? Or how to search who has created customer center account?

Hi,

Basically all persons in database will have corresponding access to log in to Customer centre. It should be possible to search for customer with source = 1 to locate which customers have manually registered.

If this is strictly related to FAQ access for registered customers we have some additional options for access control on FAQ level. You can find some information about this here under heading "More access control on FAQ entries".

Could please open what you mean for source = 1? I did not find source from Customer Service selections.

Hi Tatu,

If you look at database SDK you can find field person.source, while this is not selectable in field list you can manually type into field selector;
