We have customer that uses supermacro(in SuperOffice Online) to change category on requests and at the same time send a e-mail template to the customer saying that a request has been created.
But when you change category in this way, it seems that e-mail notfications for users in the category you set this request to will not work.(They want a notification that they have been assigned a case)
If they change category in the normal way, the notfications will be sent.
Does anyone have a solution to get the notifications work, without doing any scripting?
I did report this to support, where they recreated the problem,,but I was then told we had to post the problem here.
