If the Custom send request per Email in about 10 Min., then the automatically reply to him doesn't works. I check in CS in SO Cloud, the request is created but with heading:
Auto-reply not sent: Too many emails to: <Customer Emaiaddress>

It is to set config.mb_max_value. But We have only SO Online Databse per Mirror Service, there is no Table CONFIG synchronized, and we also should not set the value directly in Database.
Is it posible to disable it per any Setting or scripts? we don't want to restrict our customer to send us Request in short time.
