I noticed, when adding HTML text with parser and database into my customized screen, it freezes preview totally even there is no scripts/data in element. When you resize you browser window, it allows then to browse your messages inside ticket. Version in question is 8.2 sr1.
Another thing happens with this element is, that in banner where beside the subject text is another column with ticket id etc. It is not anymore lined to the right, but columns is begins where subject ends. I mean, in default screen without this element, ticket id was in right side of the interface, but as soon as html element is added, it wil be placed regarding subject line.
How can i avoid those behaviors.
