Opening hours differ on different categories

Hi!

We have a customer with different categories in SuperOffice service.

Say category A and category B.

For category A - opening hours is 8-18

For category B - opening hours is 9-15

How do we solve this in matters of que time, internal time, external time in the statistics? As I can see I can only set opening hours on the priority? 

Any tips? Thanks!

Hi, sadly this can't be done without customization.

I've previously done this by adding Priority relation on Category, then on a trigger "Saving a request", changing the priority to the one connected to the Category (if any). 

The whole "SLA" part of SuperOffice Service is lacking (non-existent?), and should get a revamp if you ask me :)
