OperatorIn operator with multiple values not working with searchTable url

Hello,

We want to create a search using the searchTable action, and with the operators filter on mutiple categories and ticket statusses but with OperatorIn(16) specified, only the first value is used in the search.

Example url:

ticket.fcgi?_sf=0&action=searchTable&ok=1&table=ticket&field.0=ticket.category&operator.0=16&value.0=9,7&field.1=ticket.ticket_status&operator.1=16&value.1=21,8,20

Is this not supposed to work? Bug?

Thanks,

David

RE: OperatorIn operator with multiple values not working with searchTable url

Hi,

Seems you are missing logical operator element in your url to get this to work, try adding &logOp.0=0

RE: OperatorIn operator with multiple values not working with searchTable url

Hello,

Adding the 'logOp' doesn't change the result, only the tickets with the first value in the category & status criteria are shown.

RE: OperatorIn operator with multiple values not working with searchTable url

Hi,

Perhaps this is not working as intended, dont know if this is some dynamic search or if you have looked into solving this by creating selection with these criterias instead.

RE: OperatorIn operator with multiple values not working with searchTable url

Hello,

We 'solved' this for now by using a script-based selection and passing our parameters through url variables into the SearchEngine of the selection, but it would be better if we directly could do the correct search using the searchTable functionality.
