Profile setup not shown when viewing tickets from selection

Hi!

I have created a standard profile showning an extra field on the ticket header info. But when I open a list of cases from selection and view the ticket info on the right side - this field is not shown. I cannot find a place to add that field? Am I correct? Tried to look at all the system screens/profiles (see picture)

Hi, could you verify that you don't have a personified profile? If you do, delete that and you should be using the one you've marked as standard.

Hi Simen!

Only standard profile available. I do not have a seperate one.

Could it be that, when you're using the splitting the windows, it's too small. If you zoom out or expand your display window, it'll show? Fields will be hidden if there's not enough space.

Alternatively, you can try to add the field to display on a new row by setting a high width
