Searching in Customer Centre also searches in internal messages?

Just keep spamming you guys :)

Figured out that searching for tickets in Customer Centre also searches for content in internal messages.
Is there a way disable this?

The internal messages will not be shown within the ticket history, but a customer of ours would like to disable this, as the result may be "incorrect". The result should not return tickets that contain the keywords in the internal messages.

Hopefully it is understandable :)

Nice catch, didn't know of this.

This seems like a bug, and unless someone at RnD can fix this you will have to write your own listTickets.html that excludes it as far as I know.

But then again, there might be a hidden registry setting that nobody knows of.

This problem is now fixed, and will be in the next release (8.3 R02).

@Simen: I was also thinking of a hidden registry. The alternative solution is now to upgrade the customer, when 8.3 SR2 is available :)
