We are trying to create a new Trigger (Macro) in CS to run whenever a new ticket is created for a specific customer.
The trigger should only run if the ticket has a specific value on a specific field, but the field we want to use is a custom one we have created.

Is there a way we can use extrafields here? If not, is this something you have planned down the road?
We are currently running version 8.4 R07.
