To field not shown on incoming cases. How to add?

Hi!

In Online - where do we set that we want to show the to field in a case?

Example under is from two different Online databases. One is missing the to field in the message. How can I add that?

This was already set, but it was not shown for the old case I checked. Works now. Thanks!

Yes, it does not work retroactively as it creates a row in the message_header table.
