width for status field in view ticket 80

Hello

I have created couple of buttons into "view ticket 80" screen. Works fine, but my screen must be always quite wide, to show all the fields and my buttons. I can see, that fex. status field contains quite short text items, so i thought would be good to make field a bit smaller. I tried something like modificator.1.width = 10 and so on, but nothing works. Spend a lot of time to testing all possibilities, so i appreciate, if somebody could give me hint for how to do that.

Hi Ingar,

I have a solution that I've used before. In your "View Ticket 80" screen, above the Panel element create a new one: HTML Text with Parser and database, and in the body add this:

<style>
#EditEntityMenu_ticket_status_label {
  max-width: 75px;
}
</style>

You can adjust the max-width to whatever you want, of course - but this has been a workaround for my part.
