    You will always find a list of template variables when you click for help in the maintenance client or in our help center.

    However, when we release new service releases there may be new template variables added that will not be available in the helpfile yet. This page is where it is first updated.

    Note: The short and long date formats will be determined by your computer’s settings for the Windows client. You can edit the settings in Control Panel in Windows.
    For the web client, it's the web servers setting based on the Local settings that appears on the button beside Help where you choose Active Language, Number and Date format and E-mail client.
