There is a new feature in Customer Service 7.1 when an eMarketing view can be placed in a web panel inside S&M which will list all mailings for all persons for the current company. Clicking on a mailing will show the mailing’s content merged with the recipient. You need to add the web panel to SuperOffice manually.
How to add the new eMarketing web panel
1. Go to SuperOffice Admin - Lists - Web panel.
2. Add a new web panel and select to show it in Section tab in Company screen. Use this URL (remember to use correct CS_SERVER_NAME):
When you now start Sales & Marketing you'll see a new web panel in the company section tab:
It will list all mailings for all persons for the current company. If you click on a mailing it will show the mailing’s content merged with the recipient.
