Valeria AriasPartnerHi, I'm testing out how to notificate a project owner once a project has been assigned to them. This can be notified with an appointment task of 1 minute. However, I need help with the trigger script. Has anyone else set up a similar script? I don't have too much experience with CRMscript, but would love to see some examples that I could work out further. Thanks in advance!

In mail_in_filter table filter_id = id I have marked in green the IDs you need to look at The next step would be to open your search for your requests and add ticket.filter_id variable as your search criteria or you can add a new column with this variable

Hi! It only fails on existing appointments loaded and then saved via CRMScript. It seemed random only until it was realized to be related to a serialization issue NSTimeZoneRule, so only those with Timezones enabled and used would experience the problem. R&D has submitted a fix and plans to deploy a hotfix very soon. The bug is not published on community.

We are using SuperOffice 10.1.6 with the eMarketing Module. We would like to customize the form to our liking and use our CSS for that, so that we can embed the form in our website. Is there a way to customize the form with custom CSS? If we embed the form in our website, all requests will be directly inserted into SuperOffice. We would like to filter out spam and the only option we found, is to add Google reCaptcha. Unfortunately in Germany we are not allowed to use reCaptcha without the user's consent. Do other methods, to get the form data from our website into SuperOffice exist, as in using an API? Maybe we could send the form data directly to an endpoint.

Hi Simon, on the CustomerServicePortal i have a link to download a file. But i must log in SuperOffice the click of the download. I want to create a ticket. I have create a script to do that with javascript but i think it could be a better solution.
