Hi,
Yesterday I had a meeting internally with some colleagues who are auditing our systems for compliance with ISO27001.
One of the recommendations is to have a "log" of data exports.
At the moment, only select roles can export data from SuperOffice. But, there's no way (that I know of) of knowing who exported what, and when.
An example of this in another system is in HubSpot, you can get email notifications when a data export happens, and you can see how may rows, what properties were exported, who by, and when it happened.
Is there potentially a way to script this, or would it be an idea to create a wish for enhanced logging, perhaps a "Logs" system in Settings and Maintenance that could see when imports & exports have happened.
A bolt on to Logs would then also be detailed field changes, i.e. userid 223 changed the company name of company id at 13:48.
If anyone has ever had to report on this kind of information, have you done any kind of work around or discovery of something that I may not know about?
Thanks for reading.
Adam

Hi Adam,
This is good input and I will take it forward to our developers to look into.
I'm not sure whether we can customize this or not. Maybe someone in the forum have experinace about this and will give a reply, but I would start by reaching out to your Sales contact at SuperOffice to get in touch with a consultant who can help you.
