Can't create dashboards based on fields from custom table

"Search/Selection/ Dashboard on Custom Object without a relation to a standard entity."  would imply that it is possible for custom objects with a relation to the standard entity now 😉

Contact relation - Make it possible to show one-to-many relation on company card

Currently, when enabling the "Show one-to-many relations", the table is shown automatically in the archive overview of the contact card. However, sometimes it can be beneficial to  also show the table results in the archive overview of the  company card. Basically, this would be the same logic as with activities, sales etc. If a contact is related to a company, then the extra table output should be shown in the company archives as well. Or at least, this could be a toggle option (as added in red below)

Archive not reloaded after modify/delete of item

If you modify or delete a entry in a custom table, the archive is not reloaded automatically. Version: SuperOffice CRM Online 10.3 Build main_10.3.5_2024.04.24-01

Introduce additional access control settings per custom table

Hi, As soon as your custom table has an company/contact/project/sale relation field defined with the option ' Show one-to-many relations ' enabled, it shows up in CRM, this includes the option to modify/add/delete individual entries. It would be great if you could control these on a per table basis, so you can have custom tables which contain information from external systems (very common use case) without the user having options to add/modify/delete individual entries. Something like this;

What Is Custom Objects?

What Is Custom Objects? Custom Objects represents a significant change that will eventually merge user-defined fields, Extra Fields, and Extra Tables in Service into one powerful CRM toolkit. To ensure a smooth transition, we're rolling Custom Objects out in phases: The foundation phase - available in Pilot now : Join the pilot program to create and define custom objects like entities, tables, fields, and relations. Seamlessly integrated into SuperOffice CRM, Custom Objects are no longer limited to Service; they will be visible in all archives, search, selections, and more; simplifying data management and search across the platform. The enhancement phase - available in Pilot later this year : In upcoming releases, we'll introduce additional features like creating dashboards and designing custom screens, archives, and dialogs using intuitive layouts in the screen designer. These enhancements will further streamline your workflow and improve user experience.   This is what we introduce in the first version: Auto generated archive tabs  When adding a relational field to standard entity or Custom object and enabling “Show one to many relations” this result in archive being automatically added to related standard entity (Company, Contact, Sale, Project, Ticket).  Implementation uses configurable screens framework to add tabs in UI.  SuperOffice Selections SuperOffice Selections is the key component to get insight to your CRM data and initiate actions against contacts. While users currently can create selections/find data based on Extra fields and Extra tables directly connected to known SuperOffice entities, we now extend search capabilities to search against Extra tables with fields pointing to known  SuperOffice entities. Users will therefor not be  limited to using SuperOffice Service for creating selections/searching for data any longer. If any  visible Extra table contains field pointing to entity( Company, Contact, Sale, Project, Request, Activity) we include it as a “top”  node to select from in selections. Extending search capabilities on relational fields Allow for searching across multiple columns. Custom prompts as a list?

Hi. Could it be an idea to have a list that enables custom prompts in SuperOffice Copilot. Sometimes the limitation is not that the AI does not have the information, but the prompt is not relevant or the users doesnt really know what to ask for. So the customer could generate a list that is relevant for what is their typical prompts. Or a standard dropdown like Find with suggestions and custom prompts in addition.

Invite everyone in a selection

Hi, I am trying to invite 200 people to a video meeting. It would be great if I could use selections for this to populate the invitations. Just like you have project members.

Unable to see participants at lower part of the description field.

It seems that when you have an appointment that is synced from Outlook into SuperOffice with Synchronizer, you cant see the participants in the meeting at the lower part of the agenda. This is a Teams invite from a customer and you are unable to see the full text. When you scroll the agenda it does not show But if you resize the window or try fullscreen it will sometimes show correctly.

I see that the issue is solved in the next release :) Bug: new apppoinment dialogue. Last row is not readable sometimes. (superoffice.com)

Question about feature toggles

Hi, If I am going to activate NewServiceRequest and customer does not use time zones today, eg it is not enabled ( SO 10.3.3 version)  in admin. Should I first activate Timezones before doing feature toggle(s): NewServiceRequest NewTimezoneHandling The feature toggle is not updated for 10.3.3 ? The new appointment dialog , is that available for 10.3.3 as feature toggle? (When will it be standard for OnPrem versions?) For released function I guess the feature toggles should be removed from web.config  For instance in my test environment I hade 10.1.6 and upgraded to 10.3.3 , but still has the SCILHostedArchives in web.config. Should not the installer of certain version remove that if it is a released function ?

Overview in a meeting with many participants

Is there a way to filter participants that have accepted a meeting? There is a green checkbox that show that someone has accepted the invitation. Or a red X if you have declined. But it seems scrolling the list is the only way to see who has accepted or not. As far as I can see the green checkbox or the red X is the only way to see how many have accepted or not. If you have a large internal meeting with 100+ participants, it could be useful to be able to use a filter to sort participants in a meeting.  Even in fullscreen, the number of participants shown is 4-5 people, and scrolling is the only way to see the other participants. Since there is no way to expand the "box"  overview is limited

Hi Ester. Thank you for making changes so it easier to see partipant status by hoovering over the different status of the attendees. The difference is very subtle. I am relatively sure you couldnt hoover over these areas before, showing attendee status. :)
