To find your SuperOffice installation serial number, please follow the section that explains where it is stored in the type of SuperOffice client that you use:
- If you use SuperOffice Web and Online browser application
- If you use SuperOffice Windows application
SuperOffice Web and Online browser application
To find your serial number, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Settings and Maintenance.
- Click on Licences and in the Status tab you will see your number next to the line Serial number.
Note! SuperOffice Online customers have the serial numbers, but another important indicator about your installation is customer ID. You can know it by looking into your SuperOffice CRM URL. The numbers next to Cust are your customer ID.
