What to do when I get an error "You do not have access to view this request" when trying to access a request in SuperOffice Service?
Aktualisiert am 1. Dez. 2021I want to open a request in SuperOffice Service, but I get a message saying "You do not have access to view this request". Why does it happen and how do I fix it?
This message comes up when the category where the request is stored is accessible only for the category members.
To assign the user to the category members, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the
button and then click on Categories.
- Double-click on the category where the request that cannot be accessed is stored.
- At the bottom of the Members (1) tab, select the user who cannot see the request (2), click
(3) button, and OK (4).
Alternatively, you can choose to remove the setting limiting access to the requests stored in the category. To do so open category, click on the Properties (1) tab and de-select the tick next to Only members have access (2), and click OK (3) to save the setting.
