Hi,

We have Service old Mode for several years and now want to update to new Mode to get AI-based Function, but we have Problems to re-define the Filter, Sort, More Fields to display a List in new Service Mode in Screen Designer.

Case 1: We have filtered Project-List related to Tickets. To solve that, in "Screen" of old Service Mode we have defined the Filter for the Projects which Status is open. and display second udf to help User to select correct Project.

Here is the filtered Project List, and this works fine:

Case 2: We have 2nd List to Ticket based on our Custom Object "Cost Center" with ExtraTable, the "Cost Center" has boolean Field "disabled", the List should be displayed with all enabled Entries to Tickets.

Both case we have good solved in old Mode but there is no alternative in new Service Mode. Due to this, we are now disadvantaged to update AI-Function for our Ticketsystem becase SuperOffice do no more Updates to Service old Mode.

Hi Jianchun,

 

I would suggest considering the logics which are available in 'triggered dialogs' to replace existing logic. Yes, it is not the same but in my experience this offers sufficients capabilities of organizing lists which are dependent on 'specific logic'.

Hi Bas, thanks, but triggered dialogs is not very suitable for this case for our User, we need filtered Project List and 2nd displayed Fields just by one Click for our User.

I Think SuperOffice has already good Solution in Screen in old Service Mode by self, this can be moved in new Service Mode to display a List in Screen Designer.

Our Consultants from SO Support Teams in Germany has suggested me a Woraround to save the filtered Project-List in an ExtraTable, with Web Hook or scheduled Tasks to update new Projects in this ExtraTable, this Table in stead of filtered Project-list should be now related to Tickets.

This could be "Patch" to fill the Gap about filtered List in SO, but we have now about 26 ts Tickets and all these Tickets related to Projects shoudl be udpated to related to this ExtraTable. And in 2. case, we need to create ExtraTable for ExtraTable. And we still hope SuperOffice as Provider could delivery standart Solution to close this gap. One day if this Problem is fixed by SuperOffice, we must fill back all Relation of Tickets to Projects again, this costs our Work.

Now we wish this Problem with filtered List could be solved by SuperOffice, Our SO Support Teams has regsited this Wish. Once this Wish is fixed, that will be our Time to udpate in new Service Mode. the AI-Function for our Ticketsystem is now advantages from SO but we missed.
