Hi everyone,
Conditional fields are now avaialble in your enviorment ready for testing. We are wondering if the new feature is intuitive to use and wether it covers all the use cases you have related to conditional fields. Thank you testing!
Quick guide: Conditional fields in Forms
Conditional fields let you show follow-up questions only when they’re relevant.
This helps you create shorter, smarter forms with a better flow.
What you can do
- Show extra questions based on answers
- Create simple “if this → then show that” logic
- Build a clear structure of related questions
How to use it
1. Add a “controlling” field
Start with a field that will decide what happens next
(e.g. a dropdown or rating field).
2. Add a related field
Click “Add related field” on an option or value
A new field will be created right below
It will automatically get a condition
Example:
If user selects “11-50” employees, show a field asking “Do you have a dedicated HR department?”
3. A related field can also have its own related fields.
Question → Follow-up → Deeper follow-up
