Hi,

Currently you can't edit the fields on the more tab:

(I can make a new tab and add fields there, but not remove/add/change/etc anything on the standard tab). Is this intended behavior?

You also can't delete the agenda tab, which would be great to do so you can remove that tab for any internal task types.

Tested on release SuperOffice CRM Online 10.2 Build Release_10.2.11_2023.12.18-02

Hi David,
Thank you for the questions,

1. You can't edit the fields on the 'More' tab, and you cannot remove/add/change/etc anything on this standard tab
Yes, this is intended behavior for all 'More' tabs in Screen Designer. You can remove it, and create your own 'More' Tab, where you can add fields there.

2. You can't delete the 'Agenda' tab, as this is a mandatory tab. This is intended behavior.

Yes, this is intended behavior for all 'More' tabs in Screen Designer.

On all other entities you can change the default more tab, so this is different (and therefore not expected) behavior.

Hi,

Still interested into why the screen designer possibilties for the follow-up dialog are so restricted:

  • You can't move fields like, company, person, date/time
    • I understand why you can't delete them, but why lock the position?
  • You can't move fields like project or sale to be above the time component (which in my opinion is the more 'natural' flow of filling in the fields.)
  • More tab is completely locked from being edited
    • This is different then all other entities supported with screen designer

Hi, sorry for the delayed response.

The fixed layout for fields like company, person, and date/time was a specific design decision to ensure uniformity and ease of use.

I understand your concern about the position of project or sale fields. We'll keep this in mind for potential adjustments in future updates.

The issue with the 'More' tab being uneditable might be a bug. I'll have our team look into it.

Thanks for your input; it's crucial for our ongoing improvement.

The more field tab being completely locked seems solved now, but you still can't define columns on it:

This is possible when creating a new tab:

Seems strange to not allow this on the more tab.
