Hi SuperOffice Support, I’m reaching out regarding an issue with a mailing I’m preparing in SuperOffice. It’s an invitation to a webinar, and I’ve used the same process several times before without any problems. The reader registers by filling out a webform, which then shows a "Thank you for your registration" message on screen, as expected. However, the confirmation email that should be sent to the address provided in the form is not being delivered. I’ve checked that the form and confirmation settings are the same as previous campaigns, but the confirmation email isn’t arriving – not even in the spam folder. Could you please help me understand what might be going wrong or if something has changed in how email confirmations are handled? Thanks in advance, //Åsa

Hi, Are there any plans to make it possible to sort sales amounts from highest to lowest? 

We run the Superoffice 7.5 vertion for several years so far, with no major problems. Today the admin software failed to open the options tab. The only thing that appears are the change of serial number selection with the Yes and Cancel greyd, not working.  I need to force out a user since while he tries to log in he gets a report "you are already log in", and I do not have the options? Any ideas???

Im using SuperOffice with a Keyforce integration. I’d like to create a selection based on what our customers have purchased (turnover) this year – but using data from our ERP system, which is synced to SuperOffice via Keyforce. Is this possible? Or do I need to go into each individual company card to view this information under the Keyforce “Sales Figures” tab? We’re really hoping to be able to combine ERP sales data with selections in SuperOffice – is there any way to achieve this? P.S. We are not using the sales funnel in SuperOffice, so all turnover data only exists in the ERP system.

I want to create a selection in SuperOffice that lists customers without any registered activity in the past year. Do you have any tips on how to set this up?

Does the status of a case not change automatically when a response has been sent to the customer but the case has not been closed?

Hi We really like the new service and the capabilities to connect everything way better than before. There is however one thing that is a struggle, we often need to work on our laptops and here it seems like the screen isnt really utilized and this has not changed with the new UI update. The problem is that the "request properties" in the right side take to much room and likewise the top bar since we have it displaying important additional information. I'm wondering if there is a method to be able to show / hide those 2 displays to get more rom for working with the content of the case?   Also, are we the only ones with this problem?   Best regards Ole  

Hello, I am wondering if you could help me because I do not understand the logic behind Selection. When I looked for ALL the contacts, I expected their e-mails to be filled in... but most are empty on the Results screen. When I look into the contact itself, it is there. So why? I truly hope that someone can advise me.   Thanks.   Terry
