Automatically add customer to Case based on email "To:" field
Hi everyone,
I'm seeking assistance in finding a way to automatically add a customer to a Case based on the "To:" address in an email header.
Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Could you provide us more information in this matter?
When mentioning Case, do you mean a Request?
Generally a customer is automatically added to the request through an incoming e-mail based on the From: address.
And when sending an e-mail to the customer with To:, the customer would already be connected with the request.
