Wish: Screen designer: filter for list fields

Steps to Reproduce
As a consultant delivering system solutions to customers, I wish to have the options to set filtering in custom lists added in the screen designer. 
So that a list with lot of times can be limited based where it's used, so that the user don't need to see the entire list in all screens.

For instance, tickets should be linked only to projects of a particular project type.
Today, projects are not filtered, and a user can assign any project to a ticket.

Yes, we have limited List to Projects related to Tickets with Project Status=open, it's good solved in Screen of old Service Mode to define the Filter, Sorting, and Display more Fields in List to help User to select correct Project, but by Updates in new Service Mode there is no Solution in screen designer for a limited Lists.

Another Sample, we have Custom Objeckt "Cost Center" with Fields "disabled" related to Tickets, the limited List should display only not disabled Entries.
